Dear Anonymous, You are correct! Too much of anything is not good either, not even a certain vitamin or mineral. Healthy eating is all about balance and moderation. It's just nice to know about what the benefits of a particular vitamin or mineral in food is doing for our bodies. Thanks for the feedback.
