Weight loss has not been one of my problems, but have been there as my friends struggled to lose. You've posed some questions. Your purpose is a journal of your battle of the bulge; you might get more readership and comments if you spiced it up a bit with the story of your sons murder. <BR/><BR/>When painful memories come up, down you rush to food for comfort? Is concentrating on your goal helping to heal from that pain? Have you ever been to San Pedro's nude beach? Photo's: this is how I look today. Down a size? My progress. Ah, to look like this: ??? (whoever you feel you want to look like). <BR/><BR/>There are quite a few people blogging about this goal. I even put a link to a website on mine asking ladies to help encourage "Mary Ann Shrinks". Maybe there is a webring that you could join, (or start), to make friends and cheer each other on. <BR/><BR/>The only thing I know about weight loss, is it's better to lose extra weight the way it was gained, a little bit at a time.
