I mean really drink.I am telling you...Drink water. I mean really drink.<BR/><BR/>I am telling you, if you wake up, and the first thing you do is drink a glass of water - just 8 oz will do, your hunger will almost instantly gets staved off.<BR/><BR/>Water does two things to me. It first fills my belly, so I am not so ravenously hungry, and second it helps my internal system to do flush things out.<BR/><BR/>Just watch how much water you really drink. We do the talk, how we need to drink 8 x 8 oz but never really do drink. I watch my friends and there would be <B>days</B> go by without them drinking...Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
